This scientific work is about the theory of world building - specifically with regard to the pen & paper role playing game. It provides information with all the necessary components of this process and motivates the reader to design their own world.

Celtic Confederation
Created for the game project AdAstra, in which the Romans never lost power and instead defeated the gods to colonize the moon. They stole the divine potion Ambrosia from them and now use it to gain divine abilities themselves.
The Celtic Confederation is one of the other factions and this is about their development in this alternative world.
